How fast can you turn around a commercial bid?
We aim for a 5-business-day turnaround on most commercial bids. Bigger or more complex projects may take longer, and we will tell you exactly when to expect the bid when we receive your plans.
Do you handle tenant improvement work?
Yes. TI is one of our core specialties — restaurants, retail, office, and medical fit-outs across Maricopa County. We coordinate with your GC and other trades to keep the schedule on track.
Who is my point of contact during the project?
You get a single superintendent who owns the project from rough-in through final inspection. No bouncing between coordinators, no relays.
Do you do restaurant plumbing, including grease traps?
Yes. Restaurant plumbing is one of our largest commercial verticals. We handle grease trap installation, three-compartment sinks, mop sinks, hand-wash compliance, and the rest of the health-code build-out.
Are you licensed for commercial work in Arizona?
Yes. TCH is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC #246485 for plumbing, #35892 for HVAC), and we carry full liability insurance and bonding.
