Do you offer 24-hour emergency plumbing service?
Yes. A live dispatcher answers our phone every hour of every day, including holidays. Most emergencies get a plumber on the way within the hour.
Can you replace a water heater the same day?
Most standard tank water heaters can be replaced the same day, depending on stock and your install location. For tankless and atypical units we usually book the install within a day or two so we can size the system properly.
What is trenchless sewer repair, and when is it the right call?
Trenchless repair lines or replaces a sewer pipe from inside without digging up your yard, driveway, or sidewalk. It's the right call when the existing pipe still has structural integrity but is cracked, root-intruded, or has small offsets. If the pipe has collapsed, we'll quote a traditional dig instead and explain why.
How do you diagnose a slab leak?
We use acoustic and thermal leak-locating equipment to pinpoint the leak under the slab. From there we walk you through the options: re-route through the ceiling and walls, or spot repair through the foundation. You get pricing for both before we touch anything.
How does pricing work for plumbing repairs?
Most calls start with a diagnostic visit. We show you the problem, explain the fix, and quote a flat rate in writing. No work begins until you approve the price.
